Description
The HJ-17NP is a chrome-plated joint set with antistatic properties (ESD) that allows to create a two-pipe intersection with a 45-degree non-adjustable angle. This joint set is used for reinforcing structures. Unlike the account – HJ-6NP / account – HJ-6ANP / account – HJ-14NP, the HJ-17NP has nos adjustable angle. This feature makes it particularly useful for individual reinforcement situations.
To assemble an HJ-17NP you need to combine an account – H-17NP and an account – H-18NP together with one account – M6-25BWZ bolt and one account – M6-NWZ nut.
Assembly tip:
This joint set is composed of only a few parts, which makes its installation very fast. In addition, this feature helps strengthen the structure, and even helps it to increase the load capacity. Technical Informations:
This joint set is designed with 8 striations for a better grip on the plastic coating of the 28 mm pipes. It also includes 4 additional pre-drilled reinforcement holes to ensure extra strength to your structure. By adding a self-drilling screw account – F-A858, you will solidify the connector joints positioned on a corner where there is a higher risk of impact.

- Ensure you have the following parts:
- 1x account - H-17NP
- 1x account - H-18NP
- 1x account - M6-25BWZ
- 1x account - M6-NWZ
- 2x 28mm ESD pipes of your choice
- 1x T-HANDLE 5mm hex key
- Group the H-17NP with the H-18NP connector around the first pipe.
- Fix the connectors together by placing the M6-25BWZ bolt with the M6-NWZ nut in the corresponding openings, and loosely tighten.
- Insert the second pipe in the remaining opening of the connectors, between the first and the second positioning guidelines.
- Tighten completely until the HJ-17NP joint set is firmly attached to the two pipes.
