Description

The HJ-11 Black Flat Clamp joint is used to create hinges without having to build a whole frame.

To create a robust hinge set, simply combine two H-11 joints with either the AP-HINGE or AP-HINGE-AL for a more durable built. This dynamic combination ensures smooth rotation without requiring lubrification.

The HJ-11 features a convenient mounting slot, allowing easy attachment to sufaces for a secure and stable installation. Depending on the thickness of the surface you wish to attach with the HJ-11, you can use the M6-12B and M-6N.

It’s best to have a few of these parts on standby should you intend to fabricate a gate, door or indicator flag (to indicate bin status).

For those seeking an antistatic solution (ESD), the HJ-11NP, ensures a secure and static-free environment, making it perfect for applications where preventing electrostatic damage is crucial.
