Description
The HJ-15NP is a chrome-plated joint set with antistatic properties (ESD) that connects a tube to a surface. If you want to create both an anchor and support, this joint set is your best option.
To assemble an HJ-15NP you need to put an account – H-15NP together with an account – H-16NP, an M6-12BWZ bolt, and an account – M6-NWZ nut.
Assembly tip:
You can also create the same type of support with the following accessories: AO-SHIM and AO-EMT1. The first serve for leveling, while the second serves for fixing the pipe to the surface. Although this option is an alternative, we recommend that you considerate the HJ-15NP as a first choice.
Technical Information:
This joint set is designed with 4 striations for a better grip on the plastic coating of the 28 mm pipes. It also includes an additional pre-drilled reinforcement hole to ensure extra strength to your structure. By adding a self-drilling screw account – F-A858, you will solidify the connector joints positioned on a corner where there is a higher risk of impact.

- Ensure you have the following parts:
- 1x account - H-15NP
- 1x account - H-16NP
- 1x account - M6-12BWZ
- 1x account - M6-NWZ
- 1x 28mm ESD pipe of your choice
- 1x T-HANDLE 5mm hex key
- Group the H-15NP with the H-16NP connector around the first pipe. Ensure the connectors fit properly to the pipe.
- Fix the connectors together by placing the M6-12BWZ with the M6-NWZ in the corresponding openings.
- Tighten completely until the HJ-15NP joint set is firmly attached to the pipe.
- Fix the HJ-15NP joint set on the surface of your choice with an F-SF81 or any appropriate screw for the desired surface.
