R40-TS Track Mount Tab Stop – Secure End Stop for Roller Tracks
The R40-TS Track Mount Tab Stop is a zinc-coated steel accessory designed for end-mounting on roller tracks, ensuring lightweight containers remain securely in place. Engineered for ESD safety, it helps prevent static discharge, making it ideal for environments handling electronics and electrical components.

- Built-in tab stopper (1 1/8 in / 28.5mm height) – Prevents containers from rolling off the conveyor track.
- Firm grip anchoring – Features two small bumps for added stability on 28mm pipes.
- ESD-compliant – Helps maintain static control in lean manufacturing setups.
- Secure installation – For best results, use the [F-A858 screw] to attach firmly to the pipe.
- Perfect fit for Flexpipe conveyors – Designed to work seamlessly with the R40-RT96 roller track.

- 1x 28mm pipe
- 1x R40-RT96
- 1x Drill
- Insert the R40-RT96 inside the R40-TS.
- Hang the R40-TS on the pipe perpendicularly.
- Screw a F-A858 in the corresponding opening through the pipe to fix the R40-TS mount.
